“By the Grace of the Gods” shares certain similarities with other isekai series, such as “KonoSuba” and “My Isekai Life.” The light book series begins with the main character dying and being reborn in a fantasy realm, written by author Roy and illustrated by artist Ririnra. The main character’s death in “By the Grace of the Gods” may even surpass “KonoSuba” as the most humiliating death in anime, or at the very least be a strong candidate. After all, only a few shows had the protagonist perish from a severe case of sneezing.
However, the tone of the subsequent adventures in “By the Grace of the Gods” differs from “KonoSuba.” In contrast to frenzied comedy escapades in a fantasy world, “By the Grace of the Gods” is more slice of life, with its hero taking his time in the villages he visits and frequently assisting people without the need for a fight. A successful anime version of the light novels was released in 2020. A new season of the anime “By the Grace of the Gods” has already been announced, which is great news for fans.

By the Grace of the Gods Season, 2 will be released on what date?
Season 1 of “By the Grace of the Gods” finished in late 2020 after 12 episodes. For months, there was no word on whether or not a second season would be produced. In June 2021, however, the official anime website for “By the Grace of the Gods” announced that production on the second season has begun.
The new season has yet to be given an official release date. The new season is set to premiere in 2022, most likely during the fall anime season of that year. Season 1 premiered in October 2020, and this would be similar. Otherwise, “By the Grace of the Gods” should be released by 2023 at the earliest.
Funimation has already confirmed the status of Season 2 of “By the Grace of the Gods” in the western market. Funimation stated that it would stream the new season as it airs in Japan on the same day that Season 2 was confirmed. Because Funimation streamed the first season and produced the English dub, the site promptly announcing its streaming plans for “By the Grace of the Gods” seems understandable. Funimation is likely to provide the English dub for the second season, despite the fact that it hasn’t announced it yet.
By the Grace of the Gods Season 2 has a cast of characters.
To honor the development of Season 2, principal animation director Kaho Deguchi of “By the Grace of the Gods” presented a special artwork of the series’ main character Ryoma via Funimation. The series begins with Ryoma being reincarnated as an 8-year-old youngster capable of taming hundreds of slime monsters from his previous life as a 39-year-old Japanese salaryman in a new universe. Ryoma’s activities in his new world are far more gratifying than his old, uninteresting adult existence and death by sneezing hard enough to hit his head and bleed to death.
Ryoma may reconcile with his best friend Eliaria Jamil and the rest of the Jamil family in the second season of “By the Grace of the Gods.” Eliaria and her family are among the most friendly and knowledgeable persons the young explorer meets. Eliaria heads to the royal capital to concentrate on her powers, according to the official anime site.
After three years, Ryoma promises to pay her another visit. Season 2 could include several new characters only seen in the light novels so far, in addition to returning characters.
