Underwood told the public that he and his long-time friend and confidante Josie Hart were ready to take the plunge. The photo showed the happy couple dressed to the nines and beaming with joy.

Blair‘s 27-year marriage to Desiree DaCosta ended in divorce last year, and no one knows when he and Josie got engaged.
