NASCAR Rider Kurt Busch's Divorce Rumors With Wife Ashley

In Florida earlier this month, Ashley Busch, who is married to NASCAR driver Kurt Busch, submitted a petition for divorce from her husband.

The announcement comes just a few days after Busch won for the first time with the 23XI Racing team he joined for the 2018 racing season at Kansas Speedway on Sunday.

According to TMZ Sports, Ashley Busch declared in court records that their marriage was “irretrievably destroyed” and that her husband had “done a tortious conduct,” but she did not disclose any further specifics about the alleged act of violence performed by her husband.

On the other hand, she stated that her husband had cut her off access to their joint bank accounts and credit cards, and he had also informed her that she needed to vacate their residence by the end of June.

“It breaks my heart to report that both my wife Ashley and I have decided to work toward ending our marriage. The decision to divorce is a deeply personal one, and I really hope that our right to privacy will be respected “In a statement that was made public on Monday night, Busch stated.

Driscoll did not report the alleged assault to the police until six weeks later.
