Past Relationship

Messenger married Wayne Roberts in Bali, Indonesia, on November 26, 1998, after dating since they met at his local Swansea nightclub. They have three children together. Despite her ambition for a large family, Messenger opted against having further children after suffering from post-natal depression after the births of her second and third children.

Messenger was named “Celebrity Mum of the Year” by Quality Street in 2003. Messenger was appointed as an ambassador to Barnardo’s by its president, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, on January 22, 2009.


Messenger hosted a number of shows in 2008, including the BBC’s To Buy or To not Buy, ITV’s Bingo Night Live, and ITV Westcountry’s A Garden For Eden.
