‘Peaky Blinders’ Season 6 Returns in June - Know All Details!

Peaky Blinders’ sixth and last season will premiere on Netflix on June 10 at the request of the award-winning crime thriller.

Peaky Blinders has been a global sensation since its initial broadcast on BBC Two in 2013, thanks to its actor Cillian Murphy, who plays gang boss Thomas Shelby. Shelby’s infiltration of Britain’s burgeoning fascist movement, as well as a botched assassination attempt, the breakdown of the Peaky enterprise, and lingering grief over the death of his longtime love, Grace, were all taking their toll when we last left the Peaky Blinders gang in one hell of a cliffhanger. Helen McCrory, who portrayed stubborn Peaky Blinders matriarch Polly Shelby, died in 2021 following a battle with illness, so there will be one major missing when the sixth season premieres. In a recent interview with Esquire, Murphy addressed her death. “The tough thing to grasp is that there would be a whole different version of this program with Helen in it if it weren’t for Covid,” Murphy explained. Peaky Blinders Season 6 production was slowed by a spate of COVID-19-related filming delays, as was the case with numerous other productions.
