Season 3 of Rock The Block, HGTV’s famous home remodeling show, will premiere in the fall. Adding a slight variation to the show’s premise, the pair of participants will be made up of either siblings, domestic partners, or spouses.
Two of the four teams will be fighting in a makeover showdown to brag about rights and a roadway named in their honor.
After all, the next show is built on four dyad teams fighting to remodel identical residences and transform them into lovely suburban homes. Six days and a budget of $225,000 were allotted to the contestants in order to help them develop visually stunning residences.
Season 3 of Rock the Block has been turning up the heat in the Charleston area of South Carolina. New HGTV gurus have been having some good ol’ fashioned transformational fun this time around, and it’s been fiercely competitive.
Season 2 of Rock the Block featured four pairs of clever folks battle it out with home makeovers and remodels. On HGTV’s ‘Rock the Block,’ Who Was Crowned Champion?
The third season of Rock the Block has featured full of close-knit teams. The reason the partners this season are so close is that they’re actually family. Egypt Sherrod and her husband, Mike Jackson, from Married to Real Estate arrived with their acute eye for detail. The twins from the Pacific Northwest, Leslie Davis, and Lyndsay Lamb, aren’t only real estate queens; they’re also identical twins.
Dave and Jenny Marrs are the husband-and-wife combinations from Arkansas who know all about remodeling fixer-uppers into fantastic places to live on their show Fixer to Fabulous.
Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas, the stars of Bargain Block, have relocated to Los Angeles from Detroit. They’ve also been a couple for nine years!
Each dynamic team did an outstanding job throughout Season 3, but only one couple could officially take home the trophy. Ty Pennington, the show’s host, remarked, “Rock the Block, in the end, is about total appraised value. “Today, it’s all about valuing your homes as a whole… The four residences you own are only worth about $25,000 apart.”
“It was originally estimated that each of the properties would cost $500,000 to build. After that, we granted each person $225,000 to design and complete their own house, which they did “Drew Scott, the judge who presided over the case, stated this. “The total investment is, therefore, $725,000. Good news! The property valued at $931,005 is the winner of our sweepstakes.”
After studying and ogling all of the final goods, the judges chose Egypt and Mike as the winners of Season 3!
Which ‘Rock the Block’ Teams Had The Most Success In The Various Challenges?
Teams competed to improve their kitchens in the opening episode of Season 3 on the Food Network’s “Chopped.” The best job was done by Dave and Jenny Marrs, who decorated their kitchen with vintage items to give it a more distinctive appearance.
However, when it came to the finest outside space remodeling and living room/entry redesign, Egypt and Mike came out on top. Their decision to leave a lovely backyard view of a pond made their outdoor space top-notch. They outfitted the area with a raised terrace and a fireplace. By connecting the garage and mudroom as part of their living room makeover, they significantly increased the value of their home.
Will ‘Rock The Block’ Return For A Fourth Season?
After Rock the Block Season 3’s winners were announced, many of the show’s fans wondered if a fourth season would be coming to HGTV. Unfortunately, no word on whether or not the show will be renewed as of this writing. That said, if the prior three seasons are any indication, Season 4 is almost certainly on the way!
