After almost two years of dating, Holly Madison has reportedly broken up with her boyfriend Zak Bagans.

According to TMZ, the Girls Next Door star, 41, and Ghost Adventures host, 43, called it quits a few weeks ago.

Neither Madison nor Bagans have announced their breakup in public. Our attempts for comment were not immediately returned.

Madison, 41, and the host of “Ghost Adventures,” 43, met in May 2019 at Bagans’ Haunted Museum in Las Vegas, according to TMZ.

Madison was married to Pasquale Rotella for four years prior to their relationship, but he filed for divorce in August 2018.

In March 2013, she and Rotella had their first child, Rainbow Aurora. Rotella and Madison married at Disneyland six months later. In August 2016, they had their second child, a boy named Forest.

Madison dated Hugh Hefner for several years while appearing on “The Girls Next Door” with him and his other girlfriends from 2005 until 2009. They ended their relationship in 2008.

Madison became his “#1 Girl” in February 2002, after all but two of his girlfriends had gone. Madison expressed her desire to marry Hefner and have his children throughout her time with him. In a May 2008 interview at the Playmate of the Year luncheon, Hefner stated, “I adore Holly and believe we’ll spend the rest of our lives together, but marriage isn’t part of my plan. It’s not a personal issue; I’ve just had a bad experience with weddings.” Madison has alleged that her affections for Hefner were caused by Stockholm syndrome during her time at the house.
