YouTube celebrity For years, Rachel Ballinger has allowed her admirers to peek into her everyday routine. Rachel is known for her hilarious vlogs and lighthearted videos about her life, but it appears that she prefers to keep her dating life secret.
Rachel and her longtime boyfriend, Matt, were rumored to have split up towards the end of 2020, according to fans. Colleen Ballinger’s sister is now speaking up about her sexuality and the termination of her relationship.
Did Rachel Ballinge And Matt Break Up?
Rachel’s sister Colleen posted a TikTok video in December 2020, leading people to believe that the YouTuber and Matt had broken up.
“Put a finger down if you broke up with someone this year,” it said in the video, and fans noticed Rachel start to slide her finger down before laughing and fleeing the picture.
Fans immediately bombarded the content producer with questions regarding the circumstances behind her supposed separation. Rachel has since revealed the truth about what’s been going on since the breakup.
Rachel said to the camera in a video from late January 2021: “In almost a month, I haven’t spoken to my ex. We split up in September, and it’s been over a month since I’ve spoken to this man. I tried because we had been together for eight years.”
Rachel then began yelling, ostensibly in response to Matt’s failure to respond to several of her queries. She was irritated one time when she couldn’t log in to cancel the charges she was making on her credit card.
“In almost a month, I haven’t spoken to him. Today, I examined my credit card statement. He’s buying groceries and gas on my credit card “She screamed something at the camera. “What arrogance!” exclaims the speaker.

Though Rachel has remained largely silent about her relationship and the circumstances surrounding her breakup, followers responded angrily to the influencer’s comments about her ex-boyfriend.
“Oh, girl, I’ve always been curious about what occurred between you and your boyfriend. Please accept my apologies, but I must deactivate the card “One user made a comment. Another reader said, “I’m so happy you were able to keep the dogs. I’m not sure if he tried to take them, but I’m delighted you still have them because you’re a wonderful dog parent.”
As one fan put it, “Your romance was kept very private between you two. I admire you for speaking up.”

Rachel Ballinger Came Out As Gay Months After Her Separation From Matt In A Vlog
Rachel has a reputation for being quite quiet about her personal life, so fans were surprised to discover a tell-all video detailing her breakup with Matt.
She did, however, eventually upload a video on how their breakup gave her the freedom to completely explore her sexuality. Rachel came out as gay in a vlog in February of 2021.
In a later video, she shared her coming-out story.
“He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named and I had been together for eight years. I’m a pretty monogamous person when I’m in a relationship. I don’t stare and I certainly don’t touch “Rachel clarified. “As a result, I didn’t go somewhere else to express my feelings or thoughts.”
Rachel went on to say that she had wanted to break up with Matt since the end of 2018, but that it had taken her a long time to do so.
“It’s been said that we split up because I’m gay,” she remarked. “We didn’t break up because the relationship was stale. When I became emotionally distant, I understood I was gay.”
Following their breakup, the 29-year-old stated that she was not interested in dating anybody else. She assumed she wasn’t ready to date again because she wasn’t ready. However, a quick look at TikTok changed everything.
“Then one day, I was lying in bed, scrolling through TikTok. That’s correct, ladies and gentlemen, TikTok was the catalyst for my coming out as gay “she went on. “I simply went on a TikTok deep dive and said, ‘Huh, I think I’m gay.'”

She was scrolling through the app’s pages of lesbian celebrities when she noticed sentiments she hadn’t experienced before.
Rachel began seeing women after that, and she began updating her loved ones on her life. They were all encouraging.
She eventually chose to inform the world on the internet, and she remarked that most of the feedback she received was good.
Rachel is now involved in a relationship with a woman. She has yet to send her girlfriend any images or other content.
