Robert Sarver’s net worth is estimated to be $800 million. Robert is an American businessman who owns the Phoenix Mercury, RCD Mallorca, and a professional sports franchise in the United States. He rose to prominence as the proprietor of a real estate development company and a wealthy businessman. His annual income is estimated to be $25 million as of 2022, according to several estimates. His commercial initiatives, investments, and collaborations are his principal sources of revenue.
Robert Sarver was born in Tucson, Arizona, to Irene and Jack Sarver on October 31, 1961. His father was a major Tucson businessman who owned the Plaza International Hotel and the Aztec Inn Tucson at Speedway and Campbell, thus he grew up in a business household. Before his death in 1979 due to a heart attack, his father was also a hotel developer and banker.
Robert attended Sabino High School to complete his education, and then went on to the University of Arizona to earn his bachelor’s degree in business administration, which he received in 1982. Because of his degree, he worked as a public accountant in 1983.
Robert began his career by establishing a national bank in Tucson in 1984, which subsequently became known as the National Bank of Arizona.
He sold it to Zions Bancorporation, the largest independent bank, in 1994. Then, in San Diego, he founded Grossmont Bank, the largest community bank in the city, which he sold in 1977. He worked in the banking industry till 2003.
Apart from the bank, he was also involved in other enterprises, such as real estate, which he began with his partners in 1995 under the name Southwest Value. He has put his money into other businesses, such as an NBA team, the Verizon 5G Performance Center, the WNBA Phoenix Mercury, and so on.
He just committed a $230 million contribution to assist build the Footprint Center in 2021.
He also became the owner of the WNBA team and the Phoneix Suns, who have won the NBA championships for the first time in 2021. He became well-known on the internet as a result of an inquiry into Phoneix suns.
Sarver is married to Missouri native Penny Sanders.
The couple met in 1991 and married on November 2, 1996.
Sanders is also an entrepreneur who went to Phoenix after graduating from college in 1990 to work for Prentice-Hall, a company that sells textbooks to colleges.
