For many audiences, the name Julian Fellowes is a trusted seal of approval and a sign of quality.
With credits including Downton Abbey and Gosford Park, he has left an indelible mark on the historical drama sub-genre. As a result, when The Gilded Age was unveiled, there was a lot of excitement.
It debuted on HBO in January 2022, introducing us to Marian Brook, a rural girl who relocates to New York following the death of her father. There, she begins to become familiar with the inner circle of a railroad magnate.
With the weekly installments coming to an end, speculation has shifted to how many episodes of The Gilded Age remain.
