Aaron Judge and Samantha Bracksieck share a love that “can’t-eat, can’t-sleep, reach-for-the-stars, over-the-fence, World Series,” in the words of Mary-Kate Olsen from 1995’s “It Takes Two.”
The right fielder for the Yankees and his most devoted supporter wed in Hawaii in a garden ceremony in December 2021. The pair exchanged vows at the Montage Kapalua Bay hotel in the presence of close friends and family, as well as maybe some of Judge’s colleagues.
Although Judge, 29, and Bracksieck, 28, have mostly kept their relationship a secret in recent years, their love story apparently started before the 6-foot-7 outfielder rose to fame in Major League Baseball.
Dedicated high school lovers
In Linden, California, where they both attended high school, Bracksieck and Judge first met. They subsequently reconnected at Fresno State University. Bracksieck, who is said to be 5-foot-2, has degrees in exercise science from both the undergraduate and graduate levels. According to reports, the two broke up before reconciling in 2019.
One of the most popular Yankees WAGs
Bracksieck stood with Judge as the Yankees swept the Twins in the ALDS in October 2019. She was observed in the audience with model Chase Carter, who at the time had romantic ties to Giancarlo Stanton.
After hearing of her February 2020 DUI incident, Bracksieck also received encouragement from Nicole Holder and Tori Voit, the spouses of former Yankees pitcher Jonathan Holder and first baseman Luke Voit, respectively. The pair seemed to send Bracksieck a care package.
Bracksieck wrote in a June 2020 Instagram post that she was “blessed with the finest pals around.”
Bracksieck also celebrated her 28th birthday with the other partners of Yankees players while traveling with the team in the summer of 2021. In a video that Awesemo.com was able to get, Bracksieck can be seen cracking open a bottle of champagne.
Wedding and engagement rumors
Bracksieck was spotted in June 2021 sporting a diamond ring, which fueled rumors that Judge had proposed.
Before the couple’s Hawaii wedding, there were suspicions that Judge and Bracksieck might marry there as Yankees players started sharing content from the idyllic location, according to Awesemo.com.
The judge wore a black tux for the major event in December 2021, while Bracksieck wore a sleeveless white gown with what looked to be an embroidered back.
