The popular MTV reality show “The Challenge” is back for a new season, with a whole new concept and some new faces. The new season of the competition series, titled “Spies, Lies, and Allies,” will premiere on Wednesday, August 11, and feature 17 international players alongside Americans for the first time ever. The latest season, which was filmed in Croatia and has 34 challengers from all over the world, has 19 episodes. This season, “Agents” from the United States will team up with “Operatives” from other countries. As the season progresses, the candidates will be put to the test emotionally and physically as they compete for a piece of the $1 million prize pool.
The cast of “Spies, Lies, and Allies” includes 15 returning actors and 19 newcomers who have previously appeared on reality shows such as “Survivor,” “Love Island the United States,” and “Too Hot To Handle.”
Chris “CT” Tamburello, who won last season’s “Challenge,” and Amanda Garcia, who hasn’t competed since “War of the Worlds,” are two notable “Challenge” veterans. Let’s take a look at the entire field.
