Jana Kramer gave followers a glimpse into her daily life with new boyfriend Ian Schinelli, confirming their relationship after months of rumours.
On January 11, the 38-year-old actress said on Instagram, “Sometimes you just have to quit fighting it and listen to your heart.” “I honestly don’t know what the future holds… Every day [sic] I continue to heal, and I know there is still a lot of work to be done, but it sure feels good to be happy along the journey.”
The Holiday Fix Up star uploaded a number of images with her new beau, including shots of the two kissing on a boat and making a snowman.
“To discover someone who doesn’t see your wounds as a problem or a task, but rather helps you hold them and stands by your side with love, strength, and empathy,” she said, tagging Schinelli, 36.
While the fitness trainer was working on her home the day before, Kramer joked, “I found my rental spouse.”
On Monday, January 10, Schinelli tweeted the same video, stating, “Girl House. Girl Tools,” referring to the fact that he had to use a pink screwdriver.

During her Monday instalment of her “Whine Down” podcast, the One Tree Hill alum attempted to avoid inquiries about the former Navy SEAL. After posting a TikTok video with the single dad from her bedroom earlier this month, Kramer received a barrage of questions about her new guy.
“I’m attempting a task. “This is almost 40,” she captioned the hilarious take on popular challenges, including one in which a shirtless Schinelli attempted to carry the “Voices” singer. In one of the outtakes, the pair even exchanged a kiss.
Kramer, on the other hand, seemed unsure about the TikTok clips during her Monday broadcast. The actress confessed, “It was cute.” “I’m too old for TikTok,” says the narrator.
Despite releasing photographs and videos with her boyfriend, the “I Got the Boy” singer explained that she wasn’t ready to go public yet. However, for the last two months, the couple has been posting videos and photographs to their Instagram Stories.
“I’m afraid of what’s going to happen to me.” It’s a frightening experience. On Monday, Kramer admitted, “Dating is terrifying.” “It’s a frightening world out there,” says the narrator.
The Michigan native didn’t share much about her post-Mike Caussin love life, but she did say she didn’t cry on New Year’s Eve, which could be because to Schinelli.
“I drew up a little list of objectives for myself. “I did personal, work, and relationships,” she said of her holiday festivities. “After that, I played ping pong.” We had some visitors. It was a fantastic experience. That was a fantastic way to start the year.”

Kramer sparked dating rumours with Schinelli in early December 2021, after splitting from Caussin, 34, after six years of marriage in April 2021. At the time, the two published different images from a trip to the Florida Keys, which eagle-eyed followers observed bore a number of parallels.
Later that month, Us Weekly revealed Schinelli’s true identity as the couple continued to be seen together in Nashville.
The mother of two, who has a five-year-old daughter named Jolie and a three-year-old son named Jace, has been tight-lipped about her lover. “I don’t want to be embarrassed again,” she told her podcast audience in December. I was embarrassed by what my ex and I said.”
